We file all the documents and blueprints in the city.

3.- TRANSPORT RESIDENCE TO YOUR LAND.

We move your residence from the factory to your land

4.- ADAPT RESIDENCE CHOOSED TO YOUR LAND.

We check the designated area and generate the proper engineering. Also, we review all the papers according to the city's requirements.

5.- BUILDING PROCESS (PREFAB) / FOUNDATION AND PREPS ON SITE

We start

working on your residence and preparing the site with the utilities connection.

6.- RESIDENCE FINISHES + FINAL INSPECTION.

We complete all the features, finishes, connections, and final inspections to make your residence livable.
